Use Triluma privately.
One buyer. Another user? Absolutely possible.

Triluma is available to anyone who uses one of the languages supported by Triluma and has a valid access code.

You may have received this access from your employer or another authorised Triluma contractual partner. A private Triluma code may also have been purchased for you by another person on our German offer page.

Important: the buyer and the user do not have to be the same person.

A person who is eligible to buy in Germany may purchase a Triluma code for another person. The decisive factor for the private purchase is the buyer’s habitual residence in Germany. The person who later uses the code may be someone else.

Nationality and the later place of use are not decisive. Triluma can be used from other countries as long as the language and technical requirements are supported.

One requirement for a private purchase

For legal reasons, private Triluma offers are sold only to buyers whose habitual residence is in Germany. The buyer must expressly and bindingly confirm this during checkout on the German offer page.

This restriction concerns the purchase contract – not the person who later uses an eligible code.

TrilumaEasy

TrilumaEasy is a transferable minute credit. The buyer and the user may be different people.

Anyone who knows the code can use the remaining credit. The buyer can therefore give the code to a friend or family member.

TrilumaFlat

A TrilumaFlat code can also be given to another person before its first activation.

At first use, the Flat is linked to the mobile number entered at that time. From that point on, it is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

Your privacy remains your privacy.

With transferable codes, Triluma does not check to whom a buyer passes the code. This is consistent with our data-minimising approach. The rules of the respective product remain decisive.

All paid TrilumaEasy codes must be activated for the first time within 12 months of issue. After the first activation, the purchased minute credit can be used within the product-specific usage period: 30 minutes within 15 days, 60 minutes within 40 days, 120 minutes within 90 days and 300 minutes within 180 days. Use ends when the credit is exhausted or the usage period expires, whichever occurs first.

All paid TrilumaFlat codes must also be activated for the first time within 12 months of issue. The booked period of 5, 10, 30 or 60 days begins only with the first activation. At that activation, the Flat is linked to the mobile number entered at that time; from then on it is personal and cannot be transferred.

After a private purchase, the access code may optionally be sent once by SMS to a mobile number chosen by the buyer. At Triluma, this number is used only for this voluntary transmission and is deleted immediately after the SMS has been handed over for sending. It is not assigned to the access code or to a user account. For TrilumaFlat, this SMS recipient number does not create the later Flat binding; the binding takes place only at first activation.
